Returns Policy

The item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it is new, unopened, and unworn. In case of an error on our part, we will also pay the shipping costs. When we receive your returned order, we will authorize your refund within 3 to 5 business days. We are usually able to process refunds sooner in most cases, however. To return a product, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will reply to you with instructions for returning items.  

Returns Process

The most common reason for returns is that customers ordered the wrong size. Each brand has its own sizing standards. Before ordering, we ask our customers to compare their body measurements to our available sizing charts. Our expert stylists are available via our live chat or online form if you have any questions about sizing. We’re standing by if you’re not totally satisfied with our products. Our 30-day return and exchange policy applies to unworn, unwashed, or factory defect merchandise. We can be reached via live chat or contact form if you need to return or exchange an item. Return items must be in their original packing and condition with all hang tags attached. Any other condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please send returns via an insured and traceable carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns. You can expect a refund to be processed within 4-5 business days from the day we receive the order back from you. Returning Custom (Bespoke) Orders

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Our quality control department inspects your product for different quality standards before shipment to make sure it is exactly the same as the one you ordered. We will provide an expedited shipping replacement only if the product is damaged during shipping.
